The authentic atmosphere of the house, with many tastefully arranged traditional items that make you feel like stepping back 100 years. The secluded location, far from the urban noise, offering complete relaxation. Perfect connection with nature – peace, greenery, and a small river nearby. The facilities exceeded our expectations: very well equipped, clean, and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back!

We liked everything! The hosts are nice and friendly. The location is very convenient for people traveling with cars. They provide safe parking space. It's a great starting point to climb Botev peak on a one-day hike. Just 10 minutes driving to the starting point - parking of Plevej hut. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a great free-to-use coffee machine. You can either cook or go for 15 min walk (3 min drive) to a restaurant nearby to order some prepared food. We liked the atmosphere and shared some really cool talks with like minded people who were staying in the other rooms. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was super comfortable. The best thing is the shared garden with a view of the moutain.

    The Karashka House was amazing! Just what me and my friends wanted for our trip - a big house where we can chill and be in nature. The house was so beautiful, created with love and attention to detail, while preserving the spirit of the Bulgarian lifestyle and culture from the beginning of the 20th century. We wanted to chill, cook in and go on hikes. We had a 4 month old baby and a dog with us and had almost all the conveniences of modern life. Definitely a place I’d visit again! The host was super friendly and helpful!

    The hotel is like in the mountains, You can see mountains all around. Very nice views from balcony and hotel yard, big car parking place, at the first floor there is a restaurant owned by the family same hosts. Also there is a pool that's looks great because you can enjoy water and views to the mountains. Not far away there are some good and easy hiking routes near the river to see a waterfall (if you are staying here I recommend visiting this route). The owner speaks English very fluent.
