A large tenement house, in which at that time there was only one family and us. Quiet, beautiful view from the window, a castle nearby, free parking. As for the interior design of the tenement house, it is quite old but it has an amazing atmosphere. Some of the items placed there (e.g. in the public dining room) are for sale (they have prices). So if you like trinkets with soul, you will find something for yourself. The rooms are cozy, spacious and very clean. Ours had a bathroom, it was huge, as was the shower cabin - exceptionally large. On site you will find a hair dryer, extra towels and even a hair straightener.

    Wow! So spacious! After several nights in hotel rooms, it was such a luxury to find a full apartment with room to dance. The suite is located inside a private home but it didn’t feel part of it. The host was super kind and responsive. Very easy in and out. Fully equipped with everything! 10-15 min drive to Maastricht city center. Very comfortable bed, too!

    We really enjoyed our family stay at Aan Wal. Rekem is a beautiful town and the house was fantastic. Sven is an excellent host and he even left us a cherry pie for our family to enjoy. We stayed with seven and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us to enjoy.

    Perfect location for us to visit family in Rekem. Beautiful surrounds in the forest and cosy cabin feel. Well set out and plenty of room for 6 people. Has a facilities needed for a few days away.
