24 hour reception, Hotel is very very good! Totally clean and friendly stadf, especially housekeeping was very good. Big breakfast with warm toast and sausages and everything fresh!

The place is amazing .... It's been by far the best run place I've stayed in all of Bosnia 🇧🇦.... the family run hotel has the most dedicated husband and wife team. I highly recommend this place and will be back again at the end of the year. Its location is 100m from the centre of the city

It is non smoking hotel with great interior, big comfortable rooms, great spa center and gym. Hotel is placed in the city center which helps with going through the town. I love music that plays in the hotel. Music is mostly pop rock English style. Breakfast is great. There is lots of tasty food and great coffee.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Also I forget my sunglasses in my room and they made effort to contact me and let me know that they found them and will keep them safe until I manage to come to get them or send someone. Thank you again you wonderful people!
