The staff is amazing! They are super welcoming, super helpful, very nice and flexible. Location is really good considering being close to a local area where you can a have to live like the people there and at the same time, not far from the touristy area. Room is spacious and very clean. Having a free parking area is great plus indeed.

The hotel is quite new and in good shape. It's located just above the old town and famous bridge, however with summer temperatures closing to 40 degrees, we choose to drive to town. The rooms are big and clean with all needed facilities. We met a nice Bosnian waiter, who was very chatty and quite a character - an asset to this hotel. But the biggest plus was its small but beautiful pool with a view over the city. The pool has a moving roof so it can be opened up if needed. And it looks and feels great. This is a good place to cool off overnight while traveling or stay for a few days to visit the city and its surroundings.

Loved the location, walking distance from the bus station (10 min) and the old city center/Mostar bridge (15 min). I booked the single room and this was the best one ever. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. People at the reception were kind and the included breakfast was very nice!
