Very welcoming and kind family who will go the extra mile to make you feel at home in their own home. The property is extremely clean and exceded my expectations. I chose this property because it is quite close to the Heydar airport and had to take an early flight. Adnan drove me to the airport in the early hours and I feel very grateful for that. The breakfast, included in the price was abundant and very tasty. And so was dinner. Traditional Azerbaijani food cooked by Soraya, the lady of the house. Going to the Bilgah beach using public transport is easy, thanks to the directions I was given by the family. The property has a nice garden with lots of fruit trees and lots of privacy. The neighborhood is very peaceful. I definitely recommend this property if you want to experience Azerbaijani middle class home living. Adnan speaks good English and the rest of the family uses google translate, which is great thanks to a good wifi connection. The bathroom was very well equipped and extremely clean

1. A beautiful building in a classical style. Inside is a modern business hotel. That's why there is no pool or spa. Only gym. 2. Helpful staff. 3. The price is adequate for a 4-star hotel in the capital near the city center. 4. 25 minutes walk to the old town and the sea side. 5. There is also a boulevard park in front of the hotel. 6. The windows in the rooms do not open, but thanks to this you don’t hear the road noise. 7. For the New Year, the hotel organized a nice gala dinner with musicians for a fee. 8. Spacious lobby with a bar and interesting books.
