My host was very friendly and generous with her time, even offering to give me a lift to the town or collect me in the evening if it rained as was predicted. The property was spotlessly clean and had an array of nice soaps and other lovely touches. Wifi was great. All facilities were as advertised. It could not have been better. Before booking I noted almost wholly positive reviews that were merited in my experience. There were only 2 that were not perfect. One criticised the size - nonsense - it is ample in size .. and one just appeared to be a professional complainant. This is a great property

Staff were very helpful with late check-in and even ordered a meal for me to pick up on check-in! Room 6 was quiet on a Sunday night, but I expect could be noisy on Fri-Sat as above the bar. Bathroom was drop-dead gorgeous. Standard tv, bar fridge, kettle, sink, toaster, cutlery and plates. Perfect for solo traveler and single night stay. Roast pumpkin salad was awesome! Thank you.

The fabulous reception staff I spoke with for my booking was hands down amazing they surpised us with a wedding anniversary surprise I was very greatful and lovely to walk into.. she deserves a raise and praise for he efforts all involved.

    Lovely little town, we were lucky enough to be there on a weekend when the markets were on (1st and 3rd Sunday in the month apparently) , lots of lovely local arts, crafts and produce. Beautiful unspoilt beach. Great IGA supermarket with everything you need.

    Only spent one night there.

    Only spent one night there. Has beach and a lagoon, accommodation can be expensive as options are limited. There is a sports club for Asian food and usual pub fare, right thru to fabulous Thai restaurant. Many great coffee/cafe options.

    The beach is spectacular, and the estuary is perfect for families with small children. The town is quiet, pretty and not over-developed - and the people are friendly to visitors. Not a lot is open at night, but during the days the cafes, eateries and shops are great. It's not a place to go if you're looking for entertainment, but for an old-fashioned beach holiday, it's perfect.

    Pottsville is a delightful little village with super friendly residents, amazing beach, gorgeous boutique (Dune), and must do Pipit restaurant. Mornings are met with great coffee, try the cauliflower cheese pie from the bakehouse. Will be back.

    The room was great with aircon, fan and a small little kitchen, that it was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The wifi did not work all the time and it was slow. It would be great to have a small clothes airer at the back balcony for when we come back form the beach. The towels were changed every day, but I wold like to have asked about it, to be more environmentally friendly. Despite of that, it was a great stay and I would like to come back some day!

    The house was very open and attractive and clean with a great outdoor area for eating and gathering. The piano was a real surprise and would have loved a music book to play. The beds were all very comfortable and the reading lights were welcomed. There was a great selection of good books and some games. Pottsville has plenty to offer the traveller and was quite busy the days we were there. We didn't have a chance to use the pool unfortunately.

    Close to everything in Pottsville- walking distance to it all. Owner was lovely and helpful- we arrived in horrendous rain and she was very kind and welcoming with great food recommendations- eat at the Japanese restaurant, Thai and black drop cafe ❤️❤️❤️ This place would be perfect for a family to stay

    The staff made us feel so welcome and friendly. They did everything to make our holiday in Pottsville more enjoyable. They even gave us suggestions of sightseeing places to see on the way to Brisbane.
