I like the location of this place - right beside the Kawana Shopping Area. Quiet & comfortable place too. Very clean. If anything, I wished it was more cheaper :P but in all, fantastic place.

    Mark the owner was really approachable and was there if we needed anything , but did not intrude in anyway. If people expect 5-star accommodation at 1-star price, they may be disappointed, but The Palms was clean, compact and had everything we needed and was really great value for money we paid as it's in an ideal location with everything within walking distance.

    It’s about 15 min drive from Mooloolaba.

    It’s about 15 min drive from Mooloolaba. Not much to do in Parrearra - a nice couple of cafes In walking distance. The river walks looked pleasant but we spent most of our time at the beaches on the coast. Not much public transport around. You need a car.

    Time for a little TLC , front door will not latch and lock, base of kitchen tap leaks, gout in shower wall, under fridge needs a clean and also inside fridge door needs a wipe over. Having said that it was pleasure to be there.

    Plenty of room for a family, comfortable beds, great shower, hot tub, washing machine. Walking distance to restaurant, cafe and store. Great for walking and cycling by the water. Close to beaches, great host.
