There was enough room for a family of 6 to be comfortable and had enough room that everyone could find a quiet corner if needed. The welcome pack was a delightful surprise and communications with Host was professional & friendly. Each Bedroom has a very comfortable Queen bed with TV, split system air, mirror, and sufficient hanging space for couples. Each bathroom has hairdryer, Shampoo & Conditioner and Hand/body wash. Laundry has a large washer and seperate dryer with detergent provided. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for basic cooking and dishwasher with detergent provided was a thoughtful touch. Would definitely book this house again the next time we visit the area.

The home was clean and tidy, and getting the keys was easy as well. There was a pool onsite which some of us took advantage of using, which was nice. It was close to restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Great location.. we were given a booklet online for what was around and how to enter the property which we found very useful.

    Be prepared for the fact that the breakfast is in a cafe attached to the Hotel, there is no buffet breakfast. The Cafe is very pleasant, overlooking the water. Have a good map of the North Lakes precinct or be familiar with the maze of very narrow, very busy roads that you will need to negotiate.

    My first time in North Lakes.

    My first time in North Lakes. I stayed for a week in Mango Hill and a further week in North Lakes. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Easy to get around, close to the Airport and the CBD made this location ideal to stay. Found the local cafes and restaurant all great. I will definitely be back.

    Well appointed room with very comfortable bed and super pillows. Breakfast menu concentrated on larger cooked meals, which we would normally have, but only wanted continental or cereal. Coffee too expensive.

    A beautiful home that had the wow factor once you entered. Loved the decor and how spacious it was for our family. Our host was always a message away and very accomodating. Definitely recommend to stay in if in the area.

    What I liked the Most was getting the out of there The place...

    What I liked the Most was getting the out of there The place had a Really bad smell as soon as you walk there was no Place to Park then on top of that. Therplease cockroaches that we even got a photo of. Which is funny cause they tried to tell us that the smell. That was in there was because they just had it pest controlled.

    This hotel is Lovely..

    This hotel is Lovely.. Big rooms and Very Clean, Beds are comfy. Location for Restaurants and shops was Excellent.. We usually stay in their HOTEL ROOMS but this stay we needed to do an Apartment as they were booked out due to School Holidays.. Apartment was lobely but disappointed there wasnt a Tv in the Bedroom as its Winter and curling up to watch a good movie in a nice comfy bed would have been nice. For this reason only we will stay in their Hotel Rooms only in the future 😊
