When I arrived at midnight, very tired having had a bad start to my day it just got worse, the young lady who was on duty that night, understood what a day I had had , the straw came when my travel card was rejected so she took me over to the ATM machine so I could withdraw cash, she was brilliant, because I was so tired and stressed I could never have done that without her help.

Clean room and very comfortable bed. Easy to use mirroring from phone to television. Safe was not easy to find at the very bottom of the cupboard so I didn't use it, it was too low. A good breakfast with hot and cold choices and staff were willing to help if anything needed to be fixed

    Only stayed one night, still trying to obtain refund. Unsafe and not fit for accommodation. Police and council have been contacted! Request of refund has been made! No response via was made by email but t phone calls. Phoned them every day “Olivia” says she will sort it out…….. still waiting
