Brilliant place. We did have a deluxe room/tent with aircon which we needed as it was hot - but it was absolutely luxurious. The staff could not have been more accomodating/helpful/friendly. As there was a cook shortage we didn't get a cooked breakfast but the staff more than made up for this with a bottomless minibar full of goodies (not just alcohol) and various other treats. Can't recommend it enough. Access pretty good - we had a 4WD as the rental companies seem to insist, but you absolutely don't need it. In fact, I think they plan to seal the road to the resort fairly soon.

There are many walks and places to drive to, but be prepared for dust. Also sun hats and carry plenty of water The restaurant serves tasty meals and buffet breakfast. Be prepared for the temperature which can change from very hot in the day to very cold at night.

    The National Park is spectacular.

The National Park is spectacular. Well maintained, signposted and the gorges are stunning. Lots of interesting flora and fauna dingoes wandered around, noisy at night but didn't seem to bother or be bothered about visitors. Eco Village appalling. Would certainly visit Karijini again but not Eco Village. Some tracks suitable for 2 drive wheel cars but 4 x 4 required to explore full beauty of park. Take own food as restaurant appalling.
