If you’re after a quiet place to stay it’s great .
If you’re after a quiet place to stay it’s great . The options for takeaway and restaurant food and groceries are limited at best. The locals are friendly , bring some insect repel ant as sand flies can be ferocious near the water and everywhere at dawn and dusk. I enjoyed my stay. The separate bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The shower had good pressure. Only a two minute walk to the foreshore walk and very close to the Iluka - Yamba ferry as well. We walked along the foreshore to the pub (10min) for dinner and there was a shuttle bus if required.
