The room was spacious and clean. It was perfect. The bathroom was massive and the stay was super super comfortable. Also they gave us two drink vouchers at the bar which I felt was very very nice. The receptionist and all the staff were extremely courteous and even helped us with the bags which made us feel very warm

I just appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the warmth of the hotel in both the lounge area and my room. After spending 2 weeks sleeping in my van and breaking down in Mt Gambier it was great to have a warm comfy bed and shower without it costing me an arm and a leg. Perfect and cleaned bedroom with very spacious bathroom. You have a pub inside for breakfast and dinner which is great. Located in the centre and close to blue lake. Staff was extremely kind, they knew it was our honeymoon and they were so generous to give us a complimentary bottle of wine, big thank you to them!!

beautifully decorated like a palace and the photos are 100% accurate. the fireplace is a real one instead of the modern fake type of thing. very generous to give free bottle of wine even though we stayed for one night only. location is convenient - almost everywhere we want to visit in mount gambier is within few minutes drive. and amazing breakfast.
