Blackwood is a serene spot.
Blackwood is a serene spot. The village has 2 great coffee shops, a pub, a hat shop and a few other take-away shops that weren't open when we were in the village. Blackwood has a lot to offer; local national parks, a mineral spring, hikes and walks and its only 15 minutes to Trentham which is a bigger village with a few more shops, an IGA and places to eat and of course Trentham Falls. It's also close to Daylesford and Hanging Rock and about 40 minutes from Ballarat. We found Blackwood to be a beautiful and serene location with an abundance of bird life and animals in their natural habitat.Guest review byKarlenaAustralia
