Cosy lovely home in a great location. View of the bay behind the trees which is a bonus! We had much fun playing table tennis. The host Aaron and Steph are very responsive and helpful. And thank you for the free lemons from your tree!

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Our room was lovely and plenty of extra areas to explore. We really enjoyed the pool & sauna, lounges where we played pool, we went on a bush walk, tasted delicious wines at the cellar door and every morning was kicked off just right with a delicious buffet breakfast and coffee! It was in a great location where we easily got Ubers to and from the wedding and events we were in town for. Can’t fault the place ☺️

Staff: Every staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Neal, he gives us an excellence reception. Facility: Beds are very comfortable. The room is tidy and clean. The red-brick wall reminds me of my grandmother's house. It makes me feel like home. Everything is well-equipped, including a cute microwave, a television and a DVD player! You can borrow some DVD from the reception to play music and movies on the TV, which is a good relaxing way to sweep out the tiredness after a whole day travelling. The refrigerator has some glasses, suitable for a drink. View: Through the window you can see the twilight and the hills far away. Location: Near to the Rosebud beach. Just go across a road and you can enjoy the beach and beautiful sunset view. Near to the bus stop, a gas station and a BWS. There are several restaurants around the Inn, with a 10-min walk. 20-min walk to the WWS supermarket and McDonald's. Information: There are some magazines, maps and menus from the nearby restaurants on the table, give us a comprehensive guide about Mornington.

    That little bit cooler because it's above sea-level vibe, with great views, the quiet of the trees, and so beautiful and green. Easy to access Dromana for food options, including a fantastic Ritchies IGA, and a great spot to see the rest of the peninsula.

    This accommodation was perfect for our 20th wedding...

    This accommodation was perfect for our 20th wedding anniversary. We loved the cosy fire, incredible views of the bay, coffee machine, comfortable bed and cleanliness. On our wine tour, Ric organised lunch at Merrick's Store: Lamb with kiffler potatoes was to die for. Take away dinner from Two Buoys Dromana was excellent, which we enjoyed in our room, in front of the fire and by our window with full views of the bay. This property is perfect to relax in after a full day exploring, highly recommend Portsea and Sorrento. We will return! THANK YOU RENEE.

    Warm welcome by host, which makes you feel comfortable instantly. The most beautiful views during the day and night. Close to Arthur’s seat sea eagle. Short drive to town and done fantastic spots for lunch or dinner. Deadwood was a great starters as service there was amazing and the food and drinks were fantastic. Great to stroll along beach once down the hill. Very nice beach front.

    The views were absolutely amazing!

    The views were absolutely amazing! It was very quiet and relaxing. The heating in the bathroom floor was a welcome and new experience. So was the heated towel rail! The fireplace was a safe imitation fire with heating coming from the vents above. The living area was enormous. I would recommend this place to all couples looking for a luxury getaway.

    The photos don’t do it justice! Stunning cottage with everything you’d need for a great trip away. Better than any hotel we’ve stayed in. Really great location, super quiet at night and a wonderful morning with all the local wildlife you could want! We stayed here whilst attending a local wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect.

    The accommodation has everything you'd find in a usual home. The kitchen was handy compared to staying a hotel/motel. The backyard was big enough for a pet/kid to run around during the down time. The best part was the living room and bathroom.
