Large rooms, multiple restaurants on site, in-dining available. The creams and shower gels etc available are of great quality. I was departing prior to breakfast bar opening so they had it packed and ready for pick up earlier on my departure which was very “above and beyond” for any hotel i’ve stayed at. The staff were extremely polite, professional and very accommodating. I didnt catch the Philipino receptionist name but she was a great help and took care of my many requirements

A Perfect Getaway - Highly Recommend! This apartment was everything we could have hoped for and more. The layout was thoughtful and spacious, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was spotless, with every detail carefully attended to. The kitchen was a standout—fully stocked with everything you could need, making it easy and enjoyable to cook meals. What made it even more special was knowing that the owner built much of it himself, adding a unique and personal touch that you rarely find. The entire experience felt like an escape from reality. The peaceful atmosphere and welcoming vibe made it hard to leave. The owner was incredibly kind and clearly passionate about creating a space that guests will love. This was one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve ever had. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Margaret and Alf are amazing and so welcoming and friendly. They were accommodating and generous with their time and place. Excellent recommendations with regards to things to do in the area and places to eat. Highly recommend staying and we will be back.

Delightful hostel. The garden / common area is beautiful with a little pool, seats, hammocks, coloured lights at night. Lots of care and love have gone into this place. 10 mins walk from CBD. Tour companies pick up from here.

The helpfulness of the crew was extraordinary. The 2 storey building has upper a large terrace, but the ground level has a beautiful little garden ! Kitchen: perfectry equipped. Each unit has its washing machine. Parking: at your door. Moreover there is a little pool in the middle of garden. If you arrive late in the evening, a code- key and a very detailed map welcomes you, so you can take your room very easy.

    Alice Springs is a beautiful place, just like any other town. It has it social problems and everything is normal. The scenery is compared to none. Though locals run a muck, but all foreigners were great. So it’s a great mix.

    I have to say I don't understand why people visit here other...

    I have to say I don't understand why people visit here other than that it's somewhere to stay and also eat before heading off to the various natural attractions. There was no charm or character. I feel like I missed something. It was just a dumpy, dreary town with the odd boring historical building. The best part of Alice Springs would be the Desert Wildlife Park which was excellent, but I couldn't see that it had anything else going for it.

    Don't listen to media reports ... Alice is perfectly safe. There are parts of town at night that would be less safe, but that happens everywhere. Make adult decisions and you will have a wonderful time.

    We unfortunately encountered 2 days of rain on our 2 day...

    We unfortunately encountered 2 days of rain on our 2 day stay. Guidebooks helped us get around and choose activities to do indoors. People were friendly and helpful, but you must be vigilant about local gatherings about the place. Stay alert at all times when out and about

    There were lovely walks and bike rides around town Day trips were sensational. We loved Ellery creek water hole for a swim and relax. We went on a three day camping tour which was great. It was a round trip from Alice Springs

    Alice Springs is a beautiful country town.

    Alice Springs is a beautiful country town. The landscapes are spectacular along with the smells of the gorgeous gum trees. If you love walking there are lots of walking paths to wander amongst the beautiful landscapes. There’s art galleries supporting local artists and lots of places to shop and also a large variety of tours.

    Price was very affordable. Nice set up for Hostel for backpackers place and EVERYTHING was there such as swimming pool & laundry and swimming pool. Every room and TV room has air conditioning for very hot weather in Alice Springs for such low budget accommodation is very GOOD. CLEANER even offer me a bottle of water.

    The staff was lovely and gave me good tips about what to bring in my tour in the Red Centre and also about the security in Alice Springs. I absolutely loved the decoration and the atmosphere they created in this hostel, one of the coolest hostel I’ve stayed!
