A superb hotel in a very central position. One road back so nice and quiet. Beautifully furnished and equipped rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would happily recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

I loved the place. First, the stuff were exceptionally nice and helpful; second, the atmosphere, the design, interiors, the wonderful breakfast and all service were above any expectations... And third, the place lies in a very sympathetic location, the entertainments of which we also enjoyed very much – and thanks to the amazing check-in and check-out time, as well as the hours when breakfast is available, we didn't need to stress about anything.

    My niece studies in Vienna and I often visit this city. I love Vienna and Austria. This is an exceptional country in Europe which despite a lot of other nationalities and tourists never loses its uniqueness, it has not lost its image, history, traditions.

    We liked the free of charge visit to Parlament, the Votive church, the classical music.concert, the squares, the parks, Belvedere exhibitions, the cathedrals. We found difficult to use the means of transport to reach Belvedere.

There are so many things to do that planning beforehand will save you time, and you will have the best time ever. It is a beautiful city that offers many activities for all kinds of people.

    If you like palaces and museums then it is good.

    If you like palaces and museums then it is good. Suggest you do the Big Bus red route - takes 2 hours and gives you a good insight on what there is to do and see in Vienna. The crown jewels in the Treasury and Schonbruun palace, gardens etc are worth visiting

    Very good location for access to local and regional bus and train and only 15 minutes on train to Vienna AirPort for only 4 euros each. Pleasant 15 minutes walk to main visitor sights / city centre. Good local restaurants and bars around hotel. Usual Motel One style rooms- compact but everything you need for a short break. Very comfortable and spotless inside. Helpful and friendly staff. Very competitive price. Would certainly use it again.

    The breakfast was fantastic. Great choice of hot and cold food. Loads of everything. The location was the big plus with this hotel - the main train/underground station is literally just across the road which makes getting around Vienna a doddle. The hotel is also in a nice area of the city with lots of cafes and restaurants close by. A walk into the city centre is only about 20 mins.

    Truth be told Hotel Motel One has an excellent location. Walking distance to the Opera and the Vienna city centre. We were lucky enough to come across Sheroo (who does the night shift) who deserves an honourable mention because he was the one who solved the major problems we faced regarding our stay and salvaged our stay.
