Coffee facilities in the lobby, although we have not used them, electric kettle in the room. Located facing a quiet street, we could sleep and rest extremely well. By foot cca 30 min walk to the city center. We had rooftop rooms - so there was no view, but OK for us.

There is lot to do in the city - I mean museums and galleries. I know the city for decades and it is going down in some respects (restaurants, caffes). Public transport is effective and the prices are reasonable.

Our window looks at the river directly in front of the quay for boats so it was convenient and not a bad view of the people and traffic. We also look straight down to the U-Bahn for the entrance / exit of U1.

Could Vienna be heaven on earth?
Could Vienna be heaven on earth? It's definitely as close as you're going to get. This is such an easy city to enjoy, stylish and lavish city. I would urge anyone to come and visit. It never stops delighting. The architecture, the parks, the food, the shopping. The people are also so friendly. Vienna is a must do!

I always wanted to visit Vienna, just didn't have chance until this summer. I know that I will be back, so much to explore... Just a tip - think in advance what are your interests and have a daily activity plan. It worked for me just great.

Love the transportation system, Easy to move around. Love the trams. I enjoyed the intercity travel and was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery while listening to the classical music via the OBB net. Love the places of interest. I find both the cities that I visited, Vienna and Salzburg are so charming.

I really liked the ambience overall, the hotel is situated in a small alley surrounded by historic buildings and next to a green inner courtyard. This makes it very quiet, which is unusual when staying in the city centre; the airport train station is a 6 minute walk away.
The building itself is historical and gives this vibe, while the rooms are well renovated, very clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is on a terrace reaching into the small park and a very good restaurant with traditional Austrian dishes is in the same alley.

Perfect location, 2 metro stops from the city centre. Hotel was exceptionally clean, staff polite and friendly. Room was a good size, beds super comfortable amd bathroom was also good size. The aircon was a blessing since the temps were very high during our stay. The lady assisting during breakfasts is a lovely lady who makes sure everything is where it needs to be, will go above and beyond. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from and great strong coffee too. I would definitely come back when in Vienna. Thank you!

Location is incredible as it is located right next to Wien Westbahnhof (with shops, restaurants, kiosks, ATM, and the inter-city train station of course, with two local train lines as well). Property is 10 minutes away to Vienna's city centre where all the main attractions are, which is very convenient. The staff are attentive and the hotel is well decorated and furnished (especially during Christmas). The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, no complaints there.

The hotel is decorated immaculately - very modern yet comfortable at the same time. The room sizes were great for the city centre. Location was fantastic - close to the centre and the Vienna Opera House. Staff went over and above to help us celebrate a birthday in the group and to make the stay very memorable.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and good snack options in the lobby. Although it’s outside of Vienna city centre, the hotel is only 10-15 minutes by train from the main attractions. There aren’t many restaurants nearby but there are good takeaway options.
