This is not just a nice and small boutique hotel, it is actually a total (and brilliant) concept! Very well thought trough and implemented! Amazing location right at the lake, great design immediately making you feel at home and relaxed; and wonderful staff trying to do everything to make you feel at home. Good and honest food and drinks (breakfast and some dishes for lunch; drinks and snacks at the Honesty Bar). I was also very happy with the charger for my car (Austria is still lagging behind in this respect).

We were welcomed very pleasantly. We were very happy to be able to check-in after check-in hours. We were even happier after hearing we are getting a free upgrade to a better room. The room was very clean and had stunning views of the lake. The bed was very comfortable. At the breakfast table we had a great view of the lake and the breakfast-buffet offered a large selection. The available underground car park was very convenient. The highlight was the wellness area, which was accessible through a underground tunnel. The outdoor pools are comfortably warm (34 degrees) and the finish saunas are great. We really enjoyed sunbathing in the textile and textile free area, we felt very comfortable due to great sight protection. The privat access to the lake was also very cool and calming.

Wonderful place. Nice and friendly staff. The location and the restaurant itself deserve special attention, the food is very tasty, the views are beautiful. They not only charge money for staying with dogs, but also provide a special kit for dogs. The bathroom has fragrant bath amenities. We liked the spa and relaxation area, everything was done with high quality and taste. We will definitely come again❤️

Early check in was super convenient and location was great. Room was a bit pricey but it was great quality, bed very soft and warm. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and my bus ticket to Salzburg was included in my stay. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone coming to St Gilgen.

Everything, literally everything. It's almost like family at this traditional Austrian hotel. Rooms maybe be small but very carefully and well equipped. Kids play area and private lake area complete the experience. Staff and owners were so so considerate it was exceptional. Marjorie, Alexandria and Hugo really put their heart in this property. gorgeous house & view! fully equipped to the last detail - the owners have really thought about everything! even a great selection of herbals teas, beers in the fridge, coffee machine including capsules & cream, washing machine + dryer & dishwasher including tablets, games, enormous flat screen tv, great terrace, etc etc etc. this is really a lovely place to stay & totally worth the price which is very reasonable considering what you get! the only disadvantage for our group of 5 - 1 toilet which in a 140 sqm house is a bit strange! other than that - all was amazing & we highly recommend!!

The accommodation is fully equipped with all necessities for a cozy stay. The owners family is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Wonderful stay, highly recommended.

The accommodation was excellent, and the location is terrific - it's a small family farm, and you can see animals around. The hotel is uphill, but some great views and walks reward this. The owner is fantastic. We got fresh buns every morning and could also buy locally-made goat cheese, which was excellent.
