This hotel is ideally located for lots of long walks at this time of year with excellent spa facilities. The food at breakfast was varied and very nice. We paid a fixed price each for dinner, which was several courses and of good value.

Very comfortable, clean and stylish. Just a few steps from the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers the possibilty to order a wide choice of bakery products and buy bottled drinks in the lobby, there is a sauna... The kitchen is well-equipped, the balcony is a nice perk. So is the summer Butler Card which gives you various freebies like one cable car ride a day and others :)

    We really enjoyed the location.

    We really enjoyed the location. Beautiful chalets, bright and spacious, very well equipped. 4 bedrooms and each has its bathroom, one separate toilet and another shower in the sauna area. Walking distance to ski area. The only thing we didn't like are the ski slopes, too challenging for a beginner. Overall, great vacation during Christmas, and would definitely recommend it. It met our expectations

    The lake view from our room was amazing.

    The lake view from our room was amazing. It was a quiet period time of the year with very few hotels and restaurants opening but having "Halbpension" with breakfast and dinner catered by the hotel settled it all. The room was very clean, so were the pool, jacuzzi and Spa area. We would highly recommend this place in winter for skiing and summer for hiking and wellness. The pool could be slightly bigger but acceptable.

    Beautiful lake surrounded by beautiful mountains.

    Beautiful lake surrounded by beautiful mountains. Great for walks. Panorama bahn offers easy access to high mountain even for small children. Nocky Flitzer coaster ride down the mountain side is a lot of fun.

    The location is great, the Hotel itself has a great inital point for trips in the mountains in summer, but also in winter. It is right by the cablecar. Breakfast was great, enough choice for everyone. Our room was also really good, we were travelling with a dog, and thus we recieved a room without a carpet. A dog bed was waiting for our dog there. The room is spacious, modern and cosy.

    The apartment was right next to the slopes, it was clean, cosy and comfortable for a family of five. Next to the apartment there was a storage room where we could keep our ski equipment. The communication with the host, Penelope, was always easy. We received detailed instructions before our trip. Atogether it is a great place if you want to spend a couple of days in Turracher Höhe.

    We stayed only for one night, but it was well worth it and enjoyed the experience. Attention to wood details across the hotel is amazing. Breakfast was good with nice view of the nearby lake. Staff at the reception is great.
