Everything was perfect! We appreciated the size of family apartment (2 separated bedrooms with full size beds), it was clean and comfortable and the views are breathtaking. Breakfast was good. Dorothea is very nice and always ready to help with anything. We’d definitely like to come back and recommend this accommodation to any mountain lover.

WOW - in reality even better than on pictures. Very comfortable appartment, spacious yet enough privacy granted. Everything inside brand new, especially kitchen equipment with all you could think of. Strong wi-fi. Very nice location with beautiful mountains and valley around. Extremely nice and helpful hosts.

We liked everything. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. The apartment is great, has indeed everything we needed (it has oven, toaster, filter coffee machine and nespresso, boiler, stove for cooking and all needed dishes. Very nice shower, has hair dryer. The beds very comfortable. The whole apartment is just perfect. Well thought through and cosy.

The hotel was outstanding in every respect - the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the facilities were perfect for us. It also helped that the snow was incredible and it couldn’t have been easier to get onto the slopes, a daily ski to Lech, Zurs, and even across to St Anton. The packed lunch on our departure day (early start) was also very thoughtful!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the HOLZGAU HOUSE! Christine is an exceptional host looking at every detail to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay. The food and views are amazing as well as for those who ski, the Arlberg area is a great skiing resort. Cannot recommend this place enough!

    The property is spacious. It comes with a large balcony in which my kids enjoyed themselves with making snowmen. Although the nearest grocery store is 3-minute drive away, an automatic vendor machine in the lobby provided some basic necessities. It can be reached via a skiroute. It takes 3 minutes on our own wheels to the closest chairlift; or the bus station is fewer than 100 metres away.

    The location because you can see the valley. The hotel because it is modern and beautiful. The apartment had everything to make you feel cosy. Stefanie is very nice. My partner loved the toilet because it is modern.
