A heartfelt and well-deserved shout-out to Viktoria for her outstanding dedication and exceptional service! Her kindness and commitment went far beyond our expectations. My wife accidentally left her pouch, containing all her lipsticks, at the hotel, and we only realized it after arriving in another city. Viktoria didn’t hesitate—she made sure the pouch was delivered to our hotel in the new city, saving the day. We were welcomed very pleasantly. We were very happy to be able to check-in after check-in hours. We were even happier after hearing we are getting a free upgrade to a better room. The room was very clean and had stunning views of the lake. The bed was very comfortable. At the breakfast table we had a great view of the lake and the breakfast-buffet offered a large selection. The available underground car park was very convenient. The highlight was the wellness area, which was accessible through a underground tunnel. The outdoor pools are comfortably warm (34 degrees) and the finish saunas are great. We really enjoyed sunbathing in the textile and textile free area, we felt very comfortable due to great sight protection. The privat access to the lake was also very cool and calming.

Amazing location, absolutely stunning views, easy to reach all the main attractions, nice and quiet area perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast with delicious coffee. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable with all the necessary conveniences and a balcony. Parking was free, easily accessible and with enough parking space.
