Everything in the room was very clean, seemed to be almost new. One of the waiters (Mirena) is Spanish, so this is a plus for Spanish visitors, she is amazingly kind and helpful, it was a real pleasure to meet her. Plus for visiting Salzburg there are 2 buses which terminate right behind the hotel. We bought the Salzburg pass for 48 hours which includes the buses in the area plus either free or reduced cost for entry to the attractions in and around the city.
