Very clean room. The rooms are in good condition, it seems they were refurbished recently. Breakfast is very good, you can choose from several bread , cheese and cream. Also good quality of tea and coffee. Good location, the room had an amazing view to the mountains

Apartment is very comfortable, in very nice area which is a fantastic base for a lot of nice day trips in Dachstein area. Clean and spacey, with everything you need to live in superb style during your vacations. Nice restaurants and bars are located less than 1 minute of easy walk, Also very helpful owners and manager, I highly recommend this place.

Clean, modern, relatively big hotel (compared to other hotels during our stay in the region). Room is spacious and clean with a balcony, modern design bathroom. The hotel offers dinner buffet at euro22 each which was a very nice feature. Food was of good quality. A lot of hotel guests enjoy this buffet and there’s a nice atmosphere. There’s also a bar where you can chill at after dinner. About 15-20 mins drive to Hallstatt and about 10 mins drive to Gosausee.

    Recommendation: For kids - Geister Wald (Ghost forest) - 4,5km long hike with fun activities for kids. Our kids loved them. Just to be aware - you need to pick up from the info center a map where kids could get stamps and also you need 2euro coin to get a wooden ball from the machine you can find just at the start of the hike. Small store - very helpful staff, all the basics you need you find there Waterpark - great nature pool to chill with kids

    This is lovely village in both winter and summer.

    This is lovely village in both winter and summer. Beautifully unspoilt by no big touring companies taking over, and the tourist accomodation is predominantly private. It has its own lift into the Dachstein West area, and in the summer there are a multitude of hiking paths to follow.

    Little village with only few little shops, neareast...

    Little village with only few little shops, neareast supermarket 6km away in Gosau. Crosscountry slopes not in site, you have to get to Gosau or Abtenau (12km away). Good site for downhill skiing and for summer hiking.

    Nice family run hotel. Everything was perfect. The rich breakfast, tasty dinner. The room with windows to the back of the house. The sauna was perfect to relax after ski day. For few days stay to ski in the Dachstein West, the hotel was perfect choice. Perfect service & location. Ski bus stop in front of the doors, ski depot on Hornbahn station was available. Always smiling owners were helpful and nice.

    The location was fine in terms of its distance from Hallstatt. There are also good restaurants within walking distance, apart from the hotel's restaurant (note: the hotel restaurant closes at 7pm, in the peak of summer). Parking is also available and convenient. The hotel staff member we spoke to was very friendly and professional.
