A heartfelt and well-deserved shout-out to Viktoria for her outstanding dedication and exceptional service! Her kindness and commitment went far beyond our expectations. My wife accidentally left her pouch, containing all her lipsticks, at the hotel, and we only realized it after arriving in another city. Viktoria didn’t hesitate—she made sure the pouch was delivered to our hotel in the new city, saving the day. Amazing location, absolutely stunning views, easy to reach all the main attractions, nice and quiet area perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast with delicious coffee. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable with all the necessary conveniences and a balcony. Parking was free, easily accessible and with enough parking space.

Accommodation: The room was spacious. There was a big bed, a corner with the couch and a terrace with 2 sun loungers. It was a very quiet room with a mountain (and only partial lake) view. And there was a prepared bag with additional towels for the pool! Everything was exceptionally clean. The room is equipped with external blinds on the window/door to terrace. The room has a movable curtain, covering the glass wall of the shower cabin - if you wish to know what is happening inside ;) Location: the hotel is located in the middle of the town. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the lake embankment or few more minutes to the public beach. It is surrounded by restaurants. Personnel: they are amazing! They speak German and English. And they are very helpful and friendly! Breakfast: it is great! It consists of different meat and cheese slices, vegetables, fruits and spreads. There was a variety of fresh juices. There were boiled eggs and scrambled eggs as well. Parking: they have their own territory for parking or they can provide you with an allowance to park on the public parking. Public parking is just 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Benefits: there is a sauna. There is even a pool on the roof with the amazing view!

Had the most wonderful stay in here. The manager of the hotel, Kalina, made us feel right at home. When you're travelling across a country you'll find hotels that will stay with you forever. This is one of them. We had no high expectations for this stay but everything was so well presented, to the minor detail. The room was super clean, we had a great view of the mountain and you could see that love was put into things. For example, the towels smelled good (not vinegarish as it is usual around Austria). The breakfast was generous and tasty. I would strongly recommend if you're around to stay here. You won't be disappointed.
