We usually like to visit Lermoos for a short vacation. The best thing about our one night stay this time was the Sevim Holzofen Pizzeria. Awesome food and such a warm welcome. From a skiing perspective, it's not the most exciting area.
From a skiing perspective, it's not the most exciting area. Although it's really easy to reach (we drove in 7,5 hours from the middle of the Netherlands), the town is a bit lower and therefore snow conditions are not perfect in the valley. Mountain snow conditions were a lot better. I can imagine in Summer it's amazing to hike, for skiing it would not be my area of choice, although I can imagine with young kids it's lovely.Guest review byAnnefloorNetherlands - 10.0
Service beyond all expectations.
Service beyond all expectations. Passing through and stopped in Lermoos to charge the electric car and spend the night. The Silence-Sporthotel Zugspitze was chosen at random. But... Fantastic service; on arrival we were welcomed, shown to a large and nice room, presented menu and informed that our dog was welcome in the restaurant. Lovely food and excellent service; buffet starter, good soup and perfectly cooked lamb. Exceptional service from the waiters. Amazing. Silence-Sporthotel Zugspitze shows how it can and should be done. It is hereby recommended.Guest review byTerjeNorway

The views are amazing and I liked the location at the top of the town. It is a traditional hotel that will suit those who appreciate a nice atmosphere but may not suit people looking for a loud nightlife.
