beautiful, clean, green, massive room with beautiful traditional Austrian/Bavarian feel, just as was expected by pictures. the wellness, the multiple saunas and steam rooms with different styles and temperatures was just amazing in this cave style wellness maze. such a refreshing and relaxing holiday!

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to. Swimming in a warm pool while looking into Alps is such a great feeling. It is a big hotel but you never get a feeling of a crouded place. It is very relaxing atmosphere. Great staff. Impecable cleanness

The hotel is as perfect as it gets. The location was perfect as everything was close by including the airport (5 minutes away). The hotel itself was very clean and had amazing facilities provided. The customer service level was incredible, especially from Steffie, who had checked us in and gave a tour of the hotel. Lovely hotel that seems to have been recently renovated. The room oozes quality with the furnishings, manchester and appliances all impeccable. Staff were on top of every need we had but also relaxed and friendly so we immediately felt at home. Room was bigger than expected and very comfortable despite extremely hot weather outside. Location is pretty good, very close to the train station but also a block away from the nice parks and old town. Highly recommend!

We went on a 10-day trip to the Czech Republic and Austria, and without a doubt, Hotel Auersperg in Salzburg was our absolute favourite. Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were warm, friendly, and very welcoming. The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful location, yet just a short walk from the old town and main attractions. Our room was beautifully designed, very comfortable, stylish, and full of thoughtful details. We especially loved the beautiful view of the garden. Breakfast was a highlight with a great selection of fresh and organic options. We only stayed for one night and instantly regretted not booking a longer stay!
