The host and apartment were both wonderful. It was very clean, modern and cozy. The kitchenette was equipped to cook in (all the pans, kitchenware,toster,coffemaker) and the host provided coffee, tea, milk, juice, beer. We also had a welcome gift - two granola bars, two apples and their homemade salad dressing. Bathroom is spacious and very clean. The location is perfect, we were going skiing in Gerlitzen and it was 15 min car ride from the Gerlitzen Cable Car. The host was helpful and provided the details about local restaurants, bakery and grocery stores and also other activities in the region.

All staff members were extremely friendly, greeted me warmly and provided a lot of information on the possible activities. The room exceeded my expectations in size and comfort. The garden is very peaceful, and allows for moments of relax especially after long hikes. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with several choices available for all tastes. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this traditional location in Carinthia. The room was lovely, breakfast in the garden was delightful, and evenings on the terrace were truly relaxing. The food was excellent, and we especially enjoyed Lake Feld am See and the nearby private beach. It’s a perfect place to feel peaceful and safe. We stayed here only one night as we passed through the area. We both agreed that this would be a great place to come back to. Located high in the hills, the morning views are beautiful. The room was comfortable and the hotel has everything you need for a nice stay. The staff were super nice and friendly, the restaurant bar was very cozy and the breakfast was delicious.

Very nice apartment, clean, new, well furnished. Amazing view. It is a family run business. Hosts are very hospitable. Close to a few skiing areas. Great breakfast. In the hotel restaurant, there was a lot interesting things for children to do (all sorts of puzzles, table football etc.).

Amazing place to stay when you want to explore Carinthia with Karnten card. Everyone was really helpful and friendly, apartment was spacious and clean with everything you need for your stay. We even received homemade herbal gifts upon arrival, cold beverage and fresh milk for coffee ;-)

Everything! This place is amazing! Located in mountainous Austria this hotel has an amazing view! The owners are very friendly and kind! Always smiley! Breakfast was tasty with many options of food and drinks. Will definitely come back
