We loved this town. It was quaint, friendly, and beautiful.
We loved this town. It was quaint, friendly, and beautiful. There were great restaurants, everything in town was walkable, and there were lots of outdoorsy things to do with kids (rent bikes, rent a kayak, go for a hike, go for a boat ride). Absolutely beautiful place.
Absolutely beautiful place. Wonderful restaurants and full of boutique hotels. The natural landscapes and lakes in this area of the country are breath-taking. I could easily live here =) But settled for a wonderful vacation, full of nature, good food and incredibly kind people. Lots to do in san Martin!
Lots to do in san Martin! Fish swim hike bike play golf ( we played Golf ) and hiked but I go to fish also every year! Great food in town and San Martin is a very clean town which is not always the car win South America!Guest review byMichaelUnited States - 10.0

It has a great story how the valley was created many years ago after a glacier carved the mountains and melted after the ice age. Anyways, it is a super nice cozy city surrounded by many activities to name, and places to visit; such as volcano Lanín, beaches, nature watching, fishing, mountain/road biking, and many more.Guest review byAdrianUnited States - 8.0

We went down to the lake to the private 'beach' for a swim before dinner, and we took the kayaks out the next day for free. The dinner in the evening was delicious and the hosts were so helpful and kind, cannot say enough positive things about the Hermoso Eco Lodge!
