The staff is super friendly! The rooms are very nice and in the middle of the city. We were able to have a late check-out and the host even brought us to the bus station. Really a great experience!

The 4.9 rating is justified. The outside is a nice looking place but the inside is completely covered in graffiti, not bad but very distracting. Even the old bed frames are covered. The room was astonishingly bare. As the cheapest place in Rioja, he gets away with charging over 19,000 pesos, which is very expensive for a hostel. The room had no windows and was very dark and stifling. I slept with the lights on and an eye mask. I arrived at 2330 and left at 6am. I couldn't bear to stay a 2nd night.

    I was 25 years ago the first time in La Rioja. The erosion did its job in the both provincies. The landscape in Talampaya and Ichigualasto changed a lot. But it was the nature... The friendliness of the people in La Rioja fortunately did not change. For me it is one MUST when you make trips in Argentina.

    Great place to stay in La Rioja. Close walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Great breakfast and lovely staff that was very attentive to all our needs. Accommodations were very nice and the bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend.

    Very simple hostel but had good air con in the room and wasn't super busy as I don't think many people stop in La Rioja. It's fairly close to the main centre. Staff were helpful when I needed to book a taxi to the bus station.

    A small family-run hotel, the people working here are very friendly. It has a nice pool and two jacuzzis. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included. I had a good stay here.
