Hello! Our whole family spent Christmas and New Year holidays in this house. For those who want to see Armenia from the inside and visit all the most interesting tourist places, it is difficult to imagine a more successful location. We are very grateful to the Owners for the warm welcome and attentive attitude! This is a wonderful family, we are glad that with our children we stayed exactly here. Authentic Armenian cuisine, horse riding, views of Sevan in all its glory and many vivid impressions. Thank you, Gor!

The location was a few minutes away from Lake Sevan, I mistakenly thought it was closer to the lake shores. That did not put us off though as we couldn’t ask for a better host. One of the kindest people met in Armenia, he’ll go the extra mile to help you. The rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable. They have a parking space which was good too. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was delicious too. For the warmer days, there’s a swimming pool and sun loungers in a private garden, which we did not use.

Just one street away from the town centre with a big supermarket called ZIM, if I remember correctly, nearby. The staff was friendly and professional and the hotel accepted card payments, although we'd prepared cash. The room was big and seemed even bigger than described in the room details displayed on Booking. There's a big garden around with some Soviet-era benches. Good local and countryside views.
