A wonderfully restful and peaceful oasis with stunning views of the mountains and a good sized pool, run by a delightful, relaxed couple and their menagerie of turkeys, hens, dogs and currently, two adorable little puppies. My hosts Sandra and her husband could not have been nicer or more accommodating in welcoming me to their fantastic guest house and making sure i had everything that i needed. The rooms are large and airy, with a large wardrobe that actually had plenty of hangers!!!, chairs and a/c should it be needed. Bathroom is a nice size and the shower is great. Fluffy towels and nice toiletries and robes. There is a lovely common area with a large table, chairs, nice lighting, and nice touches between the 4 rooms in the main house. There are multiple fully equipped kitchens, lots of loungers round the pool, hammocks and lots of tables and bench seats for dining or simply enjoying a beer or a glass of wine, both of which are available on site. Meals can be arranged with advance notice. The continental breakfast was delicious, with the added bonus of a whole pot of coffee. It is served in the gorgeous patio overlooking the mountains. It was possible to pay by card, which was very helpful. There were so many nice touches that I am sure I am forgetting something. Just do yourself a huge favour and stay here.

Location was excellent and refreshing. Our room was beautiful and clean. The nature around our stay was perfect. We had access to their garden and trees and fruits. Very good place to relax. They had a BBq place outdoors, and also another place to do chill around a campfire. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We almost didn't want to leave!

We were really happy here. The very nice hosts prepared an excellent dinner for us in a very short time, although we had not made an appointment in advance. It was perhaps our best dinner in 2 weeks in Armenia. Breakfast was good as well.
