I enjoyed the stay very much. Throughout the whole stay from the arrival until the departure, I felt very welcome. The guest family even invited me to eat dinner with them, I enjoyed the time with them a lot. All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.

Oazis has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Noratus. Among the various facilities are ski-to-door access and barbecue facilities.

The location is in the nature, great place. The gazebo houses for taking the food are amazing, the personnel are so kind and helpful. Car parking is secure. The place is quiet. The food is excellent, local, and affordable. Many big thanks for the pleasant time near the Sevan lake, wine and baklava are the most recommended.

Best service and best resort with amazing views and private access to Lake Sevan. Resort is huge, and the lady in reception was very helpful . They even upgraded our cottages to the best one available. They also arranged a heater to prepare food for our infant. Really impressed. Will recommend to all and stay again if visiting Armenia.

We visited after the high season had ended, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful, and our room with a large balcony was the perfect place to read and watch sunsets. We enjoyed a few blissful, slower-paced days - much needed after all the hikes! The staff really make this place special - the ladies working in the kitchen were truly outstanding, and the home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. Wonderful hospitality! Thank you!

Owner is an amazing man. Find him and strike a conversation with him. Our car broke down and he made sure staff helped us to locate a garage and fix it. Staff are very friendly and the chef made a great dinner for us

The hotel is close to the shore of Lake Sevan. A lovely room with an internal staircase. There are two separate beds on the lower floor, and a bedroom on the second floor. There is a table and chairs for eating inside. The place is modernly furnished, clean and spacious. There is enough hot water with good pressure. The hosts are very kind and ready to help. The breakfast did not disappoint us either. It was delicious and completely sufficient. There were eggs, sausages, yellow cheese, mulberry and apricot jam and traditional Armenian bread.
