The place is awesome, very peaceful and quiet. The snow made it more beautiful for the winter season. The room with the bathroom was clean, warm, and very comfortable. They have a dining area with a kitchen, where I stay most of the time because of the ambiance and mountain view, perfect for my reading and relaxing, especially while having my breakfast. The location is easy to find; from Yerevan, I took a YandexGo taxi (you can download the app), which had a very reasonable fare (a minibus is also available, “Marshutka,” the owner will guide you how). As a solo traveler, I really felt at home and safe because the whole family was so supportive, and they are available to help any time. I will never forget my breakfast; it was very delicious, and I enjoyed it a lot. I arrive at night (almost 6 hours of land travel from Georgia), and they prepare a tasty dinner for me. The family was so kind that they were really so welcoming. My personal retreat and prayer encounter was truly great, for God blessed me with a wonderful experience in the BJNI Family Guest House with a very beautiful mountain view. On the opposite side of the BJNI Guest House is a typical river that is an excellent place for a short walk and to take in the local scenery.

We had a truly pleasant stay, and one of the highlights was the excellent breakfast. The selection was diverse, combining classic European standards with local flavors. Hotel is really good. Staff helpful and friendly. Room small, but comfy. Also there is pool in the hotel (different building) and it is free of charge for hotel visitors. If you want to visit it, no need to take anything from room (only your sweem suite) as you will get all at the pool reception. Breakfast good and delicious. Free parking.

This was one of the best experiences during our travel here in Armenia. The hostess was lovely, spoke english and we had such a beautiful time conversing with her! She told us quite a bit about the place and she had gone to extreme lengths to make sure our stay was pleasant! The room was so quaint and romantic and beautiful! It really exceeded our expectations and we had the most wonderful time here! We spent most of the night on the terrace gazing at stars and our hostess made us an exceptional traditional dinner. There was nothing lacking here and everything was provided already!
