The hotel has an excellent location near the most beautiful beaches. It is owned by a very nice family who try to make guests feel at home (this is how we greet them). As soon as we arrived we received a paper with all the information about the surroundings, distances, recommendations, what we should see, etc. The hotel rooms are modern and tastefully furnished, there is a refrigerator, air conditioning, everything new and the possibility to dry things on the balcony (dryer). The breakfast met our expectations, we always found something we wanted and it was very tasty. As we mentioned, almost all beautiful beaches are within 10 minutes. There is also a shop nearby, a local fruit and vegetable shop, a pharmacy, an ATM and great restaurants of all tastes. Everything is great.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Golden Oak in Ksamil, Albania. The hotel is just a short walk from Ksamil Beach.The location is perfect—quiet enough to enjoy some peace, but close to restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, with air conditioning,free parking The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions we had about the area. Beaches are in a perfect distance, there is no noise coming from the beach yet you dont need to walk more than 5-7 minutes, so its perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beaches. The staff was amazing and very kind.

Great seaview from the bed, from the balcony. Nice access to the sea that is not too busy and the restaurant is great. The cocktail bar at the rooftop pool is also great.

We run hotel with a personal touch, lovely view of the see, swimming pool was clean and relaxing. The staff were lovely very welcoming and made you feel welcome. The location is perfect, away from the busy town yet walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Our top tip is the See Breeze restaurant, 5 minute walk, amazing sun set with delicious food and attentive service. The whole experience was just perfect and worth coming back!

One of the nicest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Everything was perfect, hotel is new, modern, cosy and clean. Great location, close to the beach and walking distance to the centre. Beautiful views and very friendly and accommodating staff. Came to Ksamil to celebrate my birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. 10/10, would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Ksamil.
