"Grand Park Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast was very delicious and fresh. It is 30 minutes from sea, and very easily located. Overall, my stay at Grand Park Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet, tranquil, and very cheap stay!

If you are looking for a true Albanian experience. Do not look further, because Progon House has it all. Progon House is hosted by an elderly couple and is located in a very remote area. The town is a collection of sheep shepherds, bee keepers, and is very very small. It is about 45 min drive from Tepelena. The elderly couple is super sweet! We wanted to barbeque at our first night and they already put on the fire for us. They supplied us with oil, spices, and vegetables from the garden. You can count on a traditional breakfast and we also paid for a traditional Albanian diner which included stewed lamb, spinach pie, and some kind of paella with chicken, although I am sure they don't call it paella. We had an absolute wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this to anyone that is open for a bit adventure in Albania!!

The couple who own this property are so lovely! Amazing views in the heart of Albania. Worth staying the night and visiting nearby waterfalls or Nevica canyon. Waking up to a breakfast made of farm fresh butter and jams and freshly brewed coffee under grape vines was to die for. Also try the raki! Falemenderit :)

Very tasty breakfast prepared by the owner, who was very nice and helpful. Each morning she prepared a different breakfast with her beautiful smile and sense of humor ☺️ There is also a restaurant in front of the property where we ate amazingly good, traditional food prepared by a lovely albanian couple, despite our late arrival. Anytime we arrive at the restaurant we were served directly whether for lunch or dinner, with all the deserts or fruits that they didn’t charge. Good WiFi, nice location with a great view of the mountains and fortress. Only 10 min from Ali Pasha Bridge and 10 min from the center as well. The hotel is new and the rooms are well designed. The owner and her daughter in law were so helpful, kind and generous. Each time they offered us local desert or wine or fruit to enjoy while resting on the balcony and enjoying the view. I highly sincerely recommend it!
