Very polite staff. Since we've been here before the start of the season the staff even provided a personal number to make sure to be there whenever we needed anything. Very nice, comfortable, silent and clean room. Very nice sea views. Breakfast with delicious warm options as well as fresh coffee was provided.

Beautiful hotel, absolutely spotless! Located on top of the hill with the best views of Saranda looking out to corfu, it was something out of a postcard! The pool was an added bonus, breakfast was delicious. We have been recommending this hotel to everyone! 10/10

Brand new, luxurious and great taste in everything. Great location and soundproof windows. Staff were serviceable , smiling and helpful. The owner Adil was on premises all day and was really nice to us, even offered us his special fresh milk ice cream. We loved it!

It is a walk-able distance from the port if you're arriving from Greece via ferry. We arrived one hour earlier and the super nice lady that runs the hotel welcomed us. I would say it's also walk-able distance from the bus station if you don't have huge bags to carry. There's stores, cafes and bakeries very close. The room we stayed in was sparkling clean. The bed was huge and super comfortable and the sheets smelled fresh, there were extra pillows and a quilt for those that need it. There was a very big balcony and it even had partial sea view.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay here. The location was great, in walking distance from most places we visited and it had free parking right next to the entrance. The hotel itself was stylishly furnished and clean, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. But we were most impressed by the incredibly nice and helpful girl at the front desk, who upgraded our room to a room with a sea view for free and was available at all times to assist with all our needs! We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again!
