The staff were really friendly and took care of us really well. Our flight was delayed but our chauffeur waited at the arrival and picked us up. The place was great and the food was just too good. From the welcome tea, coffee, snacks to the grand dinner everything was well organised. There were other customers who came for the show and dinner so we were skipped the camel ride at night but took it in the morning. All the entertainments like Henna, Shisha, Tanoura, Khaleeji Dance & Fire show will keep you occupied all day. The morning breakfast was a delight. Overall a great experience!

The location is perfect for my work, the staff are really friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, if you need anything, they do everything they can to get it, they have great knowledge to answer any questions.
