I love this property and this is my second visit ! Can honestly call this home away from home I’ve enjoyed this property both as a solo traveller as well as travelling with family . I’m particularly pleased because of the excellent service I was given and extra attention given to me by duty Manager Mr Islem and Miss Liezel who were kind enough to offer me a complimentary early check inn at 6am. This gesture really confirmed why this establishment is a 10/10. I also love that it’s well priced and offers great value for money without compromising on luxury as this is a five star property. Very tasteful very mindful and Very Very Demure !! Always exceeds my expectations and within close proximity to the Dubai mall.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind staff. Every interaction felt genuine, and the hospitality was beyond expectations. The breakfast was outstanding – the selection was amazing, and the team working there were true professionals. The service was impressively fast and efficient, making each morning a delightful experience. Every aspect of the hotel felt well thought out, ensuring that we, as guests, had the most comfortable and enjoyable stay. The gym was fantastic, offering a great workout space with breathtaking views. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Housekeeping was exceptional – extremely attentive and meticulous, ensuring that everything was always spotless and welcoming. A truly special moment was my birthday surprise! The team went above and beyond by surprising me with a cake and a handwritten card in my room. During breakfast, they even brought out another cake with a candle and sang for me – it made me feel incredibly special and appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience. A huge thank you to the front desk team – Maureen, Ashree, and Sulaimar – for making our stay even more wonderful. I truly hope to return soon!

    The place is really beautiful, lots to see and do. A great place to go although it was crazy hot when we went, however every place we visited made a noticable effort to keep it cool. From malls, musuems, even on dessert safari it was alwasy extremely comfortabl. The food was amazing and very broad to accomodate all dietary groups

    Dubai is always a great place to visit if you have never been or going there for the second or maybe even third time for myself i have been there in excess of 10 times as i did do business there in the past but it lacks natural beauty and it feels very much like a concrete jungle with hugh buildings everywhere, but for a safe family holiday that ticks all age groups you cant go wrong visiting dubai, saying that it is getting very expensive and the novelty of dubai is truly fading for me personally. There are far more beautiful places to visit especially in the summer months as its just too hot in the months of june july and august for dubai.

    This is one of the places in the world where you can meet...

    This is one of the places in the world where you can meet people from all different cultures: a driver from Nepal, who works for a Russian business owner or a brit who speaks French to a west-african guard or a Chinese tourist speaking English to a waiter from Zimbabwe. This could be a blessing or a curse depending on what you are looking for. For me personally, this is the greatest blessing that is why I keep coming back here on and off season.

    I enjoyed my stay, and staff was very helpful, and very pleasant however another outside entrance for the clubs would be better and the noise from the clubs also especially for people spending the holiday with kids makes sleeping uncomfortable.

    The hotel really exceeded our expectations. It has the best location literally 30 seconds walk and you're down on the most beautiful part of the Dubai Marin near Pear 7. JBR beach can also be reached by foot in 15-20 mins tops. Marina mall is 3 mins walk and you can find everything you need there. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and I would like to say special thanks to Mehedi Pathum Tarak who was taking care of our room and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the staff were amazing and made us feel special from the first to last minute! The lake view from our room was spectacular and the location of the hotel is also perfect! We were within a few minutes walk of the metro station (definitely the best way to get to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa because you miss the crazy traffic) and Dubai Marina (awesome waterfront cafes and restaurants). Loved our stay there and will definitely be back soon!!
