I had a wonderful experience with the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean, so beautiful with the most beautiful sea view and the bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

We have just returned from our Dubai vacation and we already miss the most friendly Damac staff and amazing views.Both room categories I had during my stay were nice,spacious and clean.Cleaning service worked really good and once we even asked for extra tea supply as we ran out of it in a day,we got it just in a few minutes which was very nice.Many thanks to reception staff who were always there if I needed something.Thanks to April from reception with room upgrade help.In my opinion,breakfast could be much better if there were more options to choose from,but nevertheless restaurant had even savoury options including Nutella,pancakes,waffles etc.You can also find a small 24/7 shop in the hotel building,but in 3 minutes walk there is a bigger one so you can always buy something if you need which was really convenient for us.We will definitely come back to this beautiful hotel.

The breakfast was delicious. A lot of choice. The crew was very helpful, the team of Rosie did a great job. We traveled with a baby and they were so friendly all the time. Always laughing to our little boy, always ready to help. Also the room was great. Very clean, good bed, nice shower! Overall, this hotel is a good choice if you want to explore Dubai.

    Dubai is always a great place to visit if you have never been or going there for the second or maybe even third time for myself i have been there in excess of 10 times as i did do business there in the past but it lacks natural beauty and it feels very much like a concrete jungle with hugh buildings everywhere, but for a safe family holiday that ticks all age groups you cant go wrong visiting dubai, saying that it is getting very expensive and the novelty of dubai is truly fading for me personally. There are far more beautiful places to visit especially in the summer months as its just too hot in the months of june july and august for dubai.

    This is one of the places in the world where you can meet...

    This is one of the places in the world where you can meet people from all different cultures: a driver from Nepal, who works for a Russian business owner or a brit who speaks French to a west-african guard or a Chinese tourist speaking English to a waiter from Zimbabwe. This could be a blessing or a curse depending on what you are looking for. For me personally, this is the greatest blessing that is why I keep coming back here on and off season.

    I enjoyed my stay, and staff was very helpful, and very pleasant however another outside entrance for the clubs would be better and the noise from the clubs also especially for people spending the holiday with kids makes sleeping uncomfortable.

    Dubai is beautiful, I felt comfortable to take uber around , even visited desert & had Ferrari & camel ride experience with hotel driver who knows his role, very friendly. I could not stop viewing Dubai towers. It’s amazing art works. Dubai nall need more than 3 days to walk through all area, so huge but clean and people are nice , chatty & friendly, I even got free perfumes From Dubai on buying one. Dubai food amazing, really amazing breakfast buffet, its seems a wedding day buffet but just breakfast. The hotel was nice with nice friendly staff. Me my sister stayed very shirt, didn't get chance to see beaches but enjoyed every moment of others visit. We saw everyone's kindness & loyalty. It doesn't matter how broken their English is but the local people trying to communicate and connect is amazing. The weather was hot but we incidentally made that choice , next time Dubai visit should be between December to April. I loved Dubai.

    Amazing hotel with very welcoming and competent staff a special mention to the room concierge Mounir for his perfectionism it was always a pleasure to enter his room and find it as on the first day The hotel is equipped with a gym and a very nice swimming pool. Excluding the breakfast which I found too repetitive the hotel remains such great place to stay in Jumeirah village Circle situated 20 minutes from the airport and 15 from Dubai mall and 20 minutes from Dubai Marina

    Everything was extraordinary. Excellent location (Marina mall is located 5 min walk from hotel, and also Metro line). Super nice and pleasant staff. The best thing was the cleanliness of room. Biggest regards to housekeeping staff: Ishq, Supun, Abhay, Safayat, Ayeshma and Dharmendra. I will definetly come back to Dubai and Royal Regency hotel. And reccommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We would like to thank you for your excellent service. It was very clean and cosy.     A perfect place to take a refuge during a layover. The hotel is near to the Dubai International Airport (it literally takes about 8 mins to get to the departure). I guess that many guests use the hotel precisely for the same purpose - still, the hotel is very clean, comfortable, cosy - and much better and much cheaper than the hotel inside the airport.
