Great place to stay! especially if you are planning to attend business conferences in the area. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Sanjeev Sharma, Team Leader Security, for his support and professionalism. He demonstrated exceptional hospitality when I was asking around upon my arrival and even took the liberty to help me check in and ensured I settle with no problems. His positive behaviors are one of the reasons I am considering staying again in Andaz Capital Gate.

We stayed at this hotel and were very pleased! The staff is simply excellent - always ready to help and answer all questions. The rooms are clean at the highest level, which creates a comfortable atmosphere. I especially liked the warm pool - perfect for relaxing after long walks. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, which added positive emotions to the beginning of the day. The only nuance is the location. The hotel is quite far from the center and beaches, but there are public transport stops nearby, which makes it easy to get to the main attractions. But the main mosque is nearby. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a quiet and comfortable stay!

The receptionists were very helpful. There one girl in particular who went above and beyond. She was short with dark skin and looked like she could be in her 20’s. She was extremely warm and welcoming on arrival and was able to accommodate an early check in and late check out for me the following day.
