The room was comfortable and clean and they went out of the way to make sure we were warm and cozy…heater in the room, hot water for tea, hot water bottles to warm the beds, and tons of blankets. They transported us wherever we needed to go and made arrangements for our tour to Taquile. The food was yummy and the bed was comfortable. We even had a shower with hot water! I would highly recommend them for a stay on Uros!

The food Mama Leia prepared was healthy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The lodge felt like a magical and tranquil place, perfect for disconnecting, relaxing and enjoying nature. We loved it—our kids loved it! We 100% recommend visiting this special place.

This is one of the most unique places we have ever stayed in - the hotel has just one room and is located on a man made reed island floating on Lake Titicaca. Walter was very helpful - we had a few changes in our itinerary, due to transport problems, and he was very helpful in allowing us to change our booking dates. The room was spacious with amazing lake views though the floor to ceiling windows. The meals were also very good. Please note you need to pay in cash and there are no ATM near the property (obviously!), so bring sufficient cash with you

Lina and her family were incredibly welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. She arranged transfer to and from port anytime I needed, booked taxis and even recommended/arranged tour guides. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious, a nice chance to chat with the hosts and other guests. Nights are pretty cold but I was given plenty warm blankets and hot water bottles. The sunset over the lake is beautiful - definitely an experience I’d recommend!

They are great hosts and looked after us beautifully. We would 100% recommend a stay at Amalia Lodge for a unique experience on Lake Titicaca.

Situated in Puno, Titicaca Aruntawi Lodge Peru offers accommodation with views of the lake, and breakfast included every day. The property is 7 km from the city centre, and right in front of Titicaca lake. Eddi was great and was soooo helpful in pretty much everything, from transfer from the airport late at night to a home cooked dinner to a lovely tour around the islands and his own personal family history. He speaks perfect English and is an amazing host ❤️
