You can prepare a simple meal, get a good rest, because it is very quiet there at night, you can leave your car safely in the parking lot. I recommend.

We had lovely walks, beautiful views and all the comforts of home. A lot of thought has gone into the renovation of the lodge and it is the thoughtful little touches that really stood out (fresh flowers, a basket of groceries to get us going). Our hosts Willian and her husband were so sweet and friendly, it felt like they were our neighbors. They even provide 2 bicycles for guests to use, free of charge. The chalet itself is indeed small (ideal for 2 people, max 3) but very well stocked. We especially loved the fully furnished kitchen because we cooked our own meals a lot during our stay. The view from the porch is incredible, esp in the morning! A special highlight was being able to borrow their kayak. We hauled it to the river (just across the road) and had a relaxing evening paddle through the town, absolutely a must try!
