This was hands down the best stay of our trip. The location is perfect, right across from Lake Gregory, so we could just walk over anytime. The breakfast spread was incredible – so many options, all customized to be pure veg, and everything was delicious. The rooms opened up to a little garden, which was so charming and peaceful. Plus, Bandar went above and beyond, arranging local sightseeing for us. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

The staff were warm, accommodating, and attentive. The food was excellent and they even made us a packed lunch for getting the train the next day. The room was large and clean with beautiful views. We walked down to the town and also across the tea plantations. A lovely stay and I would highly recommend.

Nothing but love for this spot and this family. BOHOMA STUTHI!!!

We loved the decoration of the place (was colorful and fun) and the gorgeous views! Everything was spotlessly clean - even the little aquarium (that’s right, you’ll share your space with 3 beautiful goldfish). Strong wifi connection, and close to the main road (yet you’ll only hear bird songs).

Priyanga was very kind and helpful, he cooked us the best meals that offered some variety from what ate on our trip, gave us good tips and helped us organise our next activity. He even preprared some homemade medicine for a sore throat! We are really grateful to have had him as our host, we will always remember his hospitality. Greetings to you, Priyanga! The house‘s location is a 10/10, less than a 15 min drive from the Adam‘s Peak start and is surrounded by a great landscape, especially in comparison to Dalhousie (where the hike starts), so it‘s really worth the short ride.

Nice comfortable accommodation and a very friendly and welcoming host. She went out of her way to make our stay a very pleasant one. Very highly recommended.
