Located in the quaint, mountainside neighborhood of Ma’ale Gamle, the Green Island property hosts a gorgeous slice of paradise! The back porch faces a beautiful array of gardens with a path that leads to a two-person bench that overlooks a breathtaking view of the northern tip of the Kinneret, where you can just utterly lose yourself in the landscape, regardless if the weather conditions are sunny, foggy, or otherwise. And at night, the stars shine bright (unless it’s cloudy, but it’s still amazing) and you can’t hear anything aside from the occasional distant cackling of golden jackals. The host’s pets freely roam the area, and they are extremely friendly and affectionate. There is an outdoor shower that everyone must try! It was so refreshing! The amenities inside were just as good — comfortable bed, spacious hot tub, lovely bathroom and shower, small but sufficient kitchenette. Plus, there are plenty of hidden gem restaurants that are within driving distance, and seeing all the nature makes those drives even more enjoyable. My wife and I are definitely planning to stay here again, no question.

The attention they gave us was excellent and above all, the cleaning was very good. Very good hosts, with timely response at all times. Just one detail, this room is designed for a couple and to prepare food or bring the bed. They don't have restaurant service, but that was clear from the beginning. They gave us the option of contacting a person who brought us breakfast but in our case, we preferred to buy the things and prepare it ourselves. But the place is very nice, excellent service, definitely highly recommended. We will definitely return there!

Our lovely neighbors were some of the kindest people we’ve met on our trip— it was a shame we didn’t get to say goodbye. It was our favorite place to stay during our 2 week trip.

Surrounded by gardens and fruit trees, Arbel Guest House features an outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace. The spacious accommodation has a hydromassage bath and free Wi-Fi. Location, service, view, food, warm swimming pool, general atmosphere - we were excited! What a wonderful hand made cherry and orange jam they make! We definitely should come back
