My stay here felt like a vacation within my vacation. One rainy day I stayed inside reading, drinking tea, and watching the light and weather change — it was one of the most memorable days of my trip! I also loved the cows, who showed up each evening around sunset to say hello, as well as the fox who would trot by occasionally and the birds. The host was very helpful, checking in each day by text to see if I needed anything.

There’s every comfort and facility a family will need. The host was extremely helpful and always responsive. It’s the perfect place to explore Connemara and Galway from. On a clear night, the view with the moon’s reflection is like something out of a fairy tale.
