Unfortunately, things changed, and we arrived later than expected yet the property was again very accommodating to my arrival and checking in to the property was easy! Very clean, spacious and well decorated. The outdoor area was a great size, we didn’t use this as much with it being winter but would be great in the summer. Amazing value for money.

Stunning surroundings, the host was exceptional to the point he even ground us some fresh coffee and brought it to the lodge as we hadn’t brought any. The lodge was extremely comfortable, clean and well maintained. Our host was welcoming and friendly with lots of advice as to what walks and activities were available. The view from the cabin was stunning, it looks down the Loch and you can hear the water lapping up around the rocks below it as you relax in the lounge area. There was parking next to the lodge and the lodge itself was warm throughout our stay (November) as were the showers in both bathrooms. The lodge was very well stocked with towels, blankets and all the small things that make life that bit more comfortable when you’re travelling. I must thank our host for making our stay so pleasant. I’d happily recommend this lodge and will hopefully be back sometime soon.

The location was perfect, Balloch was a 5 minute drive from the lodge and Loch Lomond shores where the sea life centre,etc was is only 10 minutes away. The lodge was clean, the back yard is full enclosed so the dogs can be let out without worry. The hot tub got cleaned each morning and the guy let himself in through the garden so was no fuss at all.
