Fantastic location and great host + staff. Unfortunately we only had time for one night before we camped in the park. Had a nice walk with 2 local guides: the Konkashen Dogs. Breathtaking views that wet the appetite to get into the national park. Patrick attends to each guest with he patience and great advice. We had dinner and breakfast at the lodge and enjoyed it as well.

The location of this hotel is absolutely spectacular. The view from the hotel room was just amazing!
We took a bus from El Calafate to Puerto Natales and wanted to drive straight to the hotel which is about 1 1/5 hour drive from Natales bus stop. To avoid unnecessary problems and delays, I had coordinated a transfer from and to Puerto Natales bus stop with the hotel. The hotel driver was waiting at the bus stop. We visited Milodon Caves on our way to the hotel (for which we had to pay extra 50 USD - though the caves are just on the road and not extra drive would be necessary. I presume we had to pay for the waiting time). The drive was otherwise perfect.
After reaching the hotel we checked in and the stay from there on was just amazing. As already mentioned the location is spectacular, there are interesting and beautiful walks around the hotel. Breakfast was good. The hotel restaurant is also very good and offers many options - also vegetarian.
Hotel also offers many activities like horse rides, trekking etc. Activities are very good, and like everything else in Patagoina very expensive. It is still worth the money - if you can afford it. The reception staff is very friendly and happy to inform about all the activities available - many activities depend on the weather, and it's better to book them at short notice.
We were happy we decided to stay at this hotel instead of staying in Puerto Natales in spite of the this option being a bit expensive. It saved us a lot of time, and we enjoyed the stunning location.

The most absolutely stunning property I have ever been to! And the food, it was easily the best food I have ever had at a hotel/lodge. You can tell the wine list is carefully chosen, was the beer. There is not a think about the whole experience that isn’t carefully thought-out for that matter. All of the staff were endlessly sweet and very diligent about trying to make this a truly wonderful experience for everyone who walks through their doors.

Amazing cosy self-contained cabin with all we needed. The views are amazing.
the cabin was cute, cosy, and warm. the location was beautiful., really close to the park entrance,
The cabin was pretty cozy with the lovely wood burner that kept the place super warm. The view from the porch was lovely and we enjoyed eating dinner out there. Wifi is available in the hours when electricity is on although it is across the field and you need to stand outside to use it, but was still good to have in such a remote area with no phone signal. The staff were happy to help with any queries we had.
Beautiful location, friendly staff and clean cabin.
This little cabin with four rooms is beautiful, with the comfiest beds and a view to die for. Coming back here after a long day of hiking and sitting in front of the fire as the sun goes down over the mountains is the perfect end to the day, especially when we had great company in the hosts and the other guests.
The location and the view! Rio Serrano and the cabins were very idyllic. There was heating in every room and a cozy living room. The road to get there was quite an adventure. I'd recommend a 4x4 or SUV.
Cabin is located just outside the national park about an 1hr 20 drive to the base Torres hike but much closer to other trails. It’s in a stunning location. A little dated but warm and functional.
Cosy, warm cabin in a very picturesque location, just on the edge of the national park. Quiet and peaceful. Decent cooking facilities, reasonable internet considering the remote location. Host replied to messages promptly. Friendly horses and dogs around, free parking on site. Would stay again.
