The View! You can not tire from the beautiful outlook form the balcony. Seeing the mountain range plunging into the ocean is remarcable. A bonus was being able to see the village below and its goings on.

Sitting directly across from a stunning mountain range is the delightful, well-managed Fyffe Country Lodge. Hosts Chris & Colin are the friendliest people we’ve met on our travels around New Zealand. It felt as though we’ve known each other for many years. The grounds are lovingly maintained. Our room, was perfect with its elegant decor and cleanliness beyond expectations. Meals were delicious and well-presented.

Hostel with "older" vibes and family style. Clean and extremely convenient location, loved it ! If you need privacy in a hostel, probably not your best choice.
