Best home stay we went in 2 months Sri Lanka. Very beautiful location, middle of nature. We woke up with tea every morning watching the forest wake up and see all the animals Very delicious breakfast and diner. We had diner every night here Owner was so nice and helped us with everything. 10/10 would recommend.

This is an absolute gem. Located slightly outside the noisy center, you're surrounded by the jungle, and might be able to spot the giant squirrel. The room and terrace are big, comfortable, and very clean. There is a lot of attention to detail when it comes to decoration, we loved it. One of the best value for money accommodations we had in Sri Lanka. Plus Angelo is very nice and helpful! Look no further, book here, you won't be disappointed.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!! The best place in whole Sri Lanka! The hosts are so helpful and nice! Very, very clean! The best view of the bridge! There is a path to the railway. We loved out stay at Arawe, it was one of the most pleasant stays in Sri Lanka. The bungalow was beautifully decorated, it’s located near the forest and tea plantations and it’s within walking distance from the city center. The breakfast was excellent. Our daughter loved to play with the friendly dogs and cat, we saw a lot of birds and even fireflies at night.

The house is clean and comfortable, up on the hill, in a nice area. The view from the terrace is wonderful, it is very pleasant to eat, play cards or just sit outside. The host family is really nice and friendly: Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The accommodation is a bit far from the city, but with tuktuk it takes only some minutes. When we arrived, the host came for us to the railway station with his own tuktuk, which you can use at other times for a fair price. We had a great time here, we would come back anytime!
