Quirky house that was clearly loved. Very clean. Mary the host was lovely and so helpful. Very generously left us chocolates, wine and a lovely cake. There were tea bags and a bag of coffee beans! Mary clearly tries to make people’s stays very comfortable. There’s a great big garden and gazebo area, just made for parties. There are 3 properties beside each other. The folly, another large house suitable for a large party and the host’s own house. Mary was really lovely and we didn’t feel that it mattered that she lived so close by. It’s a bit out of town on a small country road. We walked to the Hoban hotel, about 10 minutes. Would be very happy to return there again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We were warmly welcomed by a very friendly host. The little cabin is cute and cosy and the breakfast basket delivered to our door in the morning was just splendid!

Absolutely excellent accommodation. The location couldn’t be better, directly across the Main Street from the court house, super clean and beautifully decorated. Polite and very helpful staff, I will definitely be staying again. Everything 10/10

Lovely comfortable wooden cabin in exceptional internal condition. More than adequate heating for a winter stay. Located off a very quiet road. Totally silent and completely dark so ideal sleep conditions. Big bed and even an electric blanket! (Though we had no need for bedroom heating or electric blanket for our November visit) The communication and lovely welcome from the hosts was exceptional.

We arrived a day later than expected, and Mel was very accommodating about it. No problems at all about getting to and into the property. We liked that it was behind a key coded gate. Was very safe and lovely.

This cabin was cozy and adorable. Super-comfy bed. We didn't use the kitchen except for toast and coffee, but it looked well-stocked. The shower was fantastic; nice and hot. We arrived after dark and Dennis still met us and walked us to the cabin and showed us around.
